We have achieved ‘Investors in People’ accreditation successfully for the last 5 years. Everyone has an annual appraisal to help develop and identify their training and development needs.

Induction

Everyone who joins Safestore undertakes an extensive and comprehensive Induction Course, so they are able to gain a thorough understanding of our business.

Careerstore Development Program

We have recently introduced a development program called Careerstore which guides everyone through their training & development throughout their career at Safestore. Each job role within Safestore has an introductory, bronze, silver and gold level.

All roles are linked to competencies so you know exactly what you need to do to succeed. We believe in developing our employees and challenging them to become the best they can be!
